Fantastic! We accidently backed into the garage door with one of our cars and had no idea who to call... Fantastic! We accidently backed into the garage door with one of our cars and had no idea who to call - so did a quick Google search and saw really high reviews for Lancaster Door Service. Called them, explained the situation, and asked if they could help - expecting it to be sometime in the next week. They said they could have a service call out the next day (today). Kelly was who helped us and did a tremendous job - he not only fixed the door panel but also fixed the mess of different buttons and remotes we had that were faulty and inconsistent (at best). Fixed some things, replaced others, and said they'd get a quote if we wanted to replace the door fully. He also said to keep an eye on our door springs and said sometime in the next few years they'll probably go out, but that everything else in the system looked fine. Super friendly, super fast response, and really what I think is fairly priced. Was given a quote on the phone what was really close to the final bill even after Kelly worked his magic with the extra fixes. Highly, highly recommend!

The whole process, from the start to the very end, was easy and wonderful. We will without a doubt be calling them next year to do the upper level on our house. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Lancaster Door Service was out to service a neighbor's garage door and I asked the service provider if her could take a look at my squeaking garage door while he was next door. He was glad to do that, expertly oiled a few joints, and got my door working perfectly. Pleasant to deal with and very competent. I would use them again any time.

From start to finish, our job was a delight. Their entire staff is attentive and professional and go the extra mile to guarantee your satisfaction. When we purchased our home, it had a very old, very heavy wooden door and a very questionable garage door opener. We spoke to our neighbors and all of them suggested that we contact Lancaster Door Service, so we decided to give them a try. Anton was our salesperson, he was wonderful, explained all of our options, was totally professional and could not have made the entire experience any better. Their installers came on time and did an amazing job, removing the old door and hardware in record time and installing the new system with a minimum of fuss and mess. They cleaned up everything, explained all of the new features we had installed and were friendly, professional and just a delight to work with. We had a wonderful experience with Lancaster Door Service and highly recommend them to all of our neighbors and friends. A great experience with a fantastic company.
