Lancaster Door Service did a fantastic job installing our brand new front door and new garage door. Products are exceptional & pricing is reasonable. Our very patient sales rep, Anton, explained everything in detail during our initial consultations. He responded immediately whenever we had a question about either of our projects. All of the installers - Aaron, Mitch, & Kris - were very professional, prompt, friendly, patient, & courteous. We won’t hesitate to call them again if we ever need another door installed.

We got replacement windows as well as a front entry door and storm door. Anton was great in assisting us with the entire process and was always available to answer questions. The installers did a professional job and everything looks really good and we have gotten several compliments. I can sincerely recommend the company for your door and window needs.

Lancaster Doors has been excellent in their communication, ethics, teamwork, and products. My first interaction with them was to order a customized bulkhead door for my rental property. Then it transitioned into replacing all the windows, doors, and storm doors for the rental house. This job required permits for work done in the city and with working with lead painted windows. The team was very professional and had been meticulous in their work. My husband and I had purchased a gorgeous home; however, it is about 25 years old. One of its projects was to replace all the windows, in which I immediately reached out to Anton. He came out to the house, and we were quickly under contract once again, this time it was for a total of 50 windows. The team was exceptional! If you get to meet them, you will be very blessed!! One of the guys mentioned that he was a garage door expert, and we began asking him several questions. He went out and thoroughly looked over our three garage doors and did maintenance on them! Not only did we get beautiful new windows, but our garage doors received a much-needed service repair! We have been telling friends, family, and co-workers about Lancaster Doors and Windows! Through our experience and word of mouth two referrals have gone under contract with them, and they have been equally happy and satisfied!!

We had windows installed recently (June 2021) and could not be happier with how the ENTIRE process went from start... We had windows installed recently (June 2021) and could not be happier with how the ENTIRE process went from start to finish. Anton Spinelli scheduled an appointment to look at our needs and provide us a quote very quickly. He was on time, thorough, followed up after his visit and again after installation. The lead installer Kris and his crew were very professional. They were very careful inside our home and cleaned up after themselves. It was nice not having to come home from work and spend time cleaning, instead we came home from work and were able to enjoy our new windows. The windows look great, work great and I would recommend them to anyone. We had some exterior painting done shortly after the window installation and even he commented on how nice they looked. The flashing they use around the windows is much higher quality than many others would use and it makes a difference with the finished product. Anton, Kris and crew thank you for making this such a great experience!

I had them install two new beautiful entry doors along with storm doors. Just this week they replaced 9 windows and 4 sets of shutters. These guys not only put the customer first they make things right and treated me with the respect. I couldn’t be happier with the products I have purchased this year.
